Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Loveroid, we prioritize your satisfaction. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.

If you receive a defective item, please refer to our limited product warranty for assistance.

General Rules for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date listed on your receipt. Requests made after 30 days from the delivery date cannot be accommodated.

For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions apply:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition: unopened, undamaged, and unmarked.
  • Items sold as part of a set or multi-pack must be returned in full.
  • Products marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are not eligible.

For online purchases, Loveroid will cover the return shipping cost.

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

All items must be returned to SHOP CHUCHI LLC in their original condition. Items showing signs of wear, misuse, improper assembly, or missing parts may incur additional charges.

If the return or exchange is due to a product defect or quality issue, SHOP CHUCHI LLC will cover return shipping and any applicable restocking fees. However, for returns or exchanges based on personal preference, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

SHOP CHUCHI LLC reserves the right to evaluate the product’s condition and determine compliance with our return policy.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please note:

  • Requests that do not meet policy criteria will not be approved. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded, and Loveroid is not responsible for lost items.
  • For approved returns or exchanges, SHOP CHUCHI LLC will provide a prepaid return label. Follow the instructions carefully and ensure the item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, manuals, accessories, and complimentary items received.
  • Once we receive your return, you will be notified via email. After inspection, we will inform you of the approval or denial of your request. Approval decisions are at SHOP CHUCHI LLC’s discretion based on the item’s condition and adherence to our policy.

Refund Processing

For approved returns, refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Allow additional processing time.
  • Contact your bank or credit card provider for updates.
